The Stun Pen in the links you provided are identical in design and
voltage, to the "UZI" Stun Pen which you can see here:

The UZI Stun Pens are sold in the USA through CampCo, who are the
master distributors from what I can tell.

Though the Stun Pen in the links you provided are actually named
"Black Cobra" and have a different sticker around the button, they do
appear to have an identical design.  And have a look at the picture of
the UZI Stun Pen on the CamCo site below. Note the name of the photo
file: "blackcobra_stunwand.jpg".

The Stun Pens appear to be manufactured in Taiwan, and as I have not
found this manufacturing facility I am hesitant to post an answer. I
think if you contact CamCo you should be on the right track.

Thanks. I am aware of the connection between Uzi / Black Cobra. This
is a common trend with the manufacturers in that they are custom
labelled depending on distributors needs, but there is in fact only a
few actual "manufacturers"

I am, however, requiring the name / website / contact details of the
actual manufacturer as opposed to the distributor.

They are either manufactured in China ( Taiwan ) or Korea from what I can find out.

From my google search on stun guns - the products I saw listed,
specify their country of origin as Taiwan / Korea.
