Hi teltony-ga,
Would like to provide you some information, but your question is
awfully broad. Are you looking for omeone dead or alive? How much
information do you have about the person you're seeking (full name,
SSN, location, last known address, etc.)? If you are willing to spend
$20 at Google, might you be willing to spend a little more on a
pay-to-play database source?

I'm searching for a few people, I have their name, their last known
phone number and last known address, which was in Florida. I specified
the public records, but if you have or know something else that will
work I will appreciate that too. I tried Google, Bigfoot, MSN, Lycos
and a few other popular search engines.

The UK Public Record Office is one place that's free:

http://catalogue.pro.gov.uk/

Of course, the person that you are seeking may not be listed there.

One of the freshest collections of public records links can be found at:

You might also just try putting their names (provided they are
complete and not too common) into an Internet phone directory service
to see what you turn up. My favorite is this:
http://www.switchboard.com/

If you know where they might be, you can search voter registration
records in many places, but this is often a county-by-couty endeavor.
