Who are the Top 10 PC makers (dell, lenovo, hp etc.) worldwide in
order of their market share? what is the market share of each PC maker
(latest available)?
- PC makers mean both PC and laptop.
- If not top 10, top 7 ot 8 will do.

Part-2
What is the product line distribution of each of the PC makers? e.g.
what are different lines of products for Dell and how much of their
business comes from each line (in percentage or unit shipments)?

Hi!

Would the top 5 in laptops or desktops be enough? 

Plus I think the requirements of Part 2 will be harder to come by
since this things are usually available in expensive market reports.

I need at least top 7. For part-2, do whatever you can.

I have the top 8 worldwide and US PC, laptop and x86 vendors in order
of market share. Although they are listed in order, I only have the
numbers for the top 5. Figures are from analyst reports April 2006. Is
this sufficient?

i can't pay that much for just the names of no of 6,7,8 though. even i
know the market shares of the top 4.
how about $20 for what you have and $80 for part-2 of question if you
can answer that completely.
