I was wondering if there were any statistics done involving which
profession had the highest percentage of people who were satisfied
with their jobs? Which profession had the fewest number of people
leaving that profession? Alternatively, which profession had the
lowest job satisfaction and the highest number of people leaving that
profession?

According to this article in the BBC, hairdressers are the happiest
workers in the UK. Social workers, architects, civil servants and
estate agents are the least happiest.
