which is a better medicine among following : ACE INHIBITORS + CALCIUM
CHANNEL BLOCKERS  OR AVAPRO ORAL ( Irbesartan )

IF ACE INHIBITORS are better than what is ideal dose of RAMIPRIL if
microalbuminuria is already detected 10mg per day in single dose at
break fast + what dose of calcium channel blocker. ANY other
medication
