Hi, I need to provide some services for a translation company in a
different state. I live in Georgia and the company is in PA. I worked
with them before, but the payment sometimes
came slow. I want to protect myself by asking the company to sign an
agreement to pay in time. I came up with an agreement listed below, I
don't need anything very formal, but it needs to have legal effect
just in case. Can someone take a look at it and let me know if it's
sufficient?
