Why am I unable to delete the first document in the queue of a
particular printer in Windows XP?  I always allows me to delete all
the documents except the first one in the que.  I even try restarting
the computer but the document remains "stuck" in the queue.

Howdy sscarbro-ga,

What happens if you disconnect and power down the particular printer
and then try to delete the first document?  Thanks!
