I'm not sure you'd get a researcher to compile that list if you
offered the maximum price. Such a list would literally takes days to
complete. I recommend you post several questions broken down into
groups (presidents, monarchs, etc). It is also important that you
SPECIFY how many of each you require in each list. Otherwise it is
probably going to remain unanswered.

You can write to Queen Elizabeth II, the monarch of the United
