Hello choices-ga,

You've posted a very attractively priced question but it's difficult
to determine what you're really looking for. It might be possible to
identify "all the apartment complexes that are located in Chula Vista"
but researchers are reluctant to attempt any question that asks for
"all" of anything. You can never be sure that you've gotten all.

It might be possible to find which aparment complexes have a high
turnover rate. This will probably take a lot of digging and the
information might not be available.

Your qualifier that you want apartment complexes that where the
turn-over rate "results in people moving out because they are buying
their own home," will be impossible to determine. There is no way to
know why people are moving. No one collects this information.

We might be able to help you if we had a better understanding of why
you need this information. The more you can tell us about the context
of your question, the greater the likelihood that we will be able to
get you the information you need.

I look forward to your clarification.

The reason I am asking this question is because I am trying to target
the specific apartment complexes where I can find the most prospective
home buyers that are ready and willing to buy real estate.
