Our client's site is enclosing their Heading Tags within the
<noscript> tags.  We recommeded that they remove the H1 - H2 text
commands and text from the <noscript> and re-code them using standard
HTML coding.  We believe removing them from the <noscript> will help
with their SEO project and help in gaining higher SERP.

Please provide your advice on this subject.  Thanks
