Sign up at https://www.xoom.com/ and follow the easy steps right
there. In order to receive money, you will have to visit a Latin
Express place (there are now almost everywhere), and there you'll be
prompted to give your ID, they will ask you one or two questions...
and you get the money. I have tried the service and it took only 48
hours, and its sort of cheap.
