Is there a limit in terms of percentage of disability in which a disabled vet
can join or stay in the reserve? Over what percentage can you not join
the reserve? I thought it was 30%?

To be a disabled vet you must have been in the military.
You cannot re-join if you are disabled - that's what disqualified you
from serving in the first place.
