What is the market price for manure in India?  Does it vary by
region/location, quality, time of year, or other factor? It would be
helpful if possible to specifically learn the price of manure in the
Bangalore region that floraculture farmers pay per ton.

I sure wish someone would answer this question, just so Google
supporters could brag that on Google Answers you can get an answer to
ANY question, even the price of horse sh.. in India.  :)
