Here is the information you requested. I followed the list of the
world's 10 biggest manufacturers of forklift trucks published by the
German dhf maganzine in December 2004
(http://www.forkliftaction.com/news/ranking.pdf); I could not find a
more recent ranking, but I hope that this will do.
I did my best to find as much information as possible. However, much
to my surprise it proved impossible to locate a general e-mail address
for Toyota Industries. Finding direct contact information for the CEOs
and heads of departments was, with one exception, not possible either,
but I anticipated that. Important companies tend to keep the e-mail
addresses and phone numbers of leading employees usually a secret.
