In the class action suit against Home Depot referenced in my previous
question, (http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=735946),
who were the 38 original claimants, how much was each of them awarded in the
case, and what amount will each additional claimant be awarded from
the Class Settlement Fund that was established for that purpose?

ussoldier-ga,

There is a lot of information available on this particular case
(actually, it's several consolidated cases). However, the actual
claimaints in the case have been kept confidential:

"The EEOC?s Proposed Final Distribution List contains Claimant names,
and the Status Report contains confidential information about several
named Claimants. Accordingly, EEOC seeks leave to file under seal in
accordance with the Consent Order..."

"Under seal" means just what it sounds like...you can't have the list of names!

However, there is a good deal of information that HAS been made
available, in case it's of interest to you.

For instance, here's the actual claims form used by the class action filers:

The court documents also contain details of the formula used by Home
Depot to determine who gets how much based on their history of
discrimination.

None of it is the list of names, or the actual dollar figures
received. But let me know if any of this is of interest to you as an
answer to your question.
