Gus Kahn's "Josephine" is one of the songs performed by Adrian Rollini
on this CD. However, it's instrumental, with no lyrics:

Problem solved!

Get the Instrumental CD PLUS a copy of the Sheet Music that includes
Gus Kahn's words and produce your own version!

Your Grand-Daddy will appreciate it all the more.

You can try the clip of the song on this recording listed on Amazon
(CD format; available through several sellers). It uses Real Player,
and I had trouble with it on my first try, but was able to listen to
the clip on the second try. It is definitely a vocal version, if this
is the song you want (see below for the original source of info that
cites this as a Kahn song).

There are two copies available on, from reliable sellers for
a lower price here:

I found the reference to this version of the song via a playlist that
came up in my original Google search, which identifies this particular
song as Kahn's (relevant info in caps):

Tonight?s Jazz Retrospective FEATURES LYRICIST GUS KAHN

[omitted: playlist for 10-11 p.m.; same feature]

Rosemary Clooney w. W. Herman My Buddy My Buddy Concord
Tony Bennett It Had To Be You MTV Unplugged Columbia
Benny Goodman Josephine On the Air Columbia

Ella Fitzgerald CrazyRhythm In Budapest Pablo
Ella Fitzgerald Makin? Whoopee First Lady of Song Verve
Ella Fitzgerald Guilty The War Years Decca
Sonny Rollins Toot, Toot, Tootsie Jazz Showcase Prestige
( all above = Gus Kahn feature)

Here's the cached page on Google with the above info:

P.S. If this is "it," one of the sellers on offers expedited
shipping. If cost is not a barrier, you could likely have the cd in
hand by Father's Day if you can order it today or tomorrow.
