Hi there Maniac, You responded with a comment to my question below on 17th May, apologies for not returning sooner, I was travelling with work. I would like to reactivate this. I have full access to the machine and have set the registry to allow setting of TOS. So all I need to do is to change the code. Original Question: I inherited some C++ code which generates UDP traffic from XP. I wish to add some code to mark the DSCP field of the IP packets. I understand that I need to add "setsockopt" after the socket is created, but as a non programmer, Im unsure how to proceed. Best regards Brendan |
