Question ID: 737520
I was in an outside sales position and my boss came to travel with me.
 He began having
an affair with a woman I was in a relationship with (although it was
not sexual between us it was headed in that direction). Furthermore
when he got caught by his wife he had me lie for him to cover it up.
After 6 months I refused to aid him in his infidelity any longer.

Ultimatly i was released from the company because of "poor sales". My
sales wern't any worse or better than my associates). Do I have grounds
for a legal claim? It was the state of Georgia w/ the co. based out
of California.

This will be extremely difficult to prove. Is the woman willing to testify?
