I did as you suggested and found the file, which downloaded but did
not install. The error says: "The following items failed to install.
To try installing them again, click Review and Install Updates, and
then click Install Now again. Microsoft Usb Driver Version 5.1.2600.0"
I have tried the download/install procedure several times all with
this same result. Any other thoughts will be appreciated.
