This is a compound question.  First, I am interested in the number of
Peripheral Vascular procedure and Pacemaker/ICD procedures done by
cardiologists.  From there, I would like to have the breakdown between
diagnostic and interventional and from there a breakdown between
inpatient and outpatient procedures.  Thanks.
