Can you please provide sales figures for soup and salad at casual
dining and/or quick service restaurants?

I'd like to see sales by dollar and, if possible, on a serving or
unit/store basis.  The time frame should cover at least the past four
years ('01-'05). If there are any monthly break-outs...all the better.
