Dearest researcher,

Please gimme a list of sites/pages that represent a strong collection
of "zone diet" recipes. By "zone diet", I'm referring to not just
Barry Sears' book, but the broader concept of meals that contain
40-30-30 carb-protein-fat balance (give or take 10%).

Thank you.

Hi donphiltrodt!

I think I've worked for you before! How did that computer upgrade
work out?

I love to cook, and cringe at the thought of trying to do it within
some "diet" or other (butter and cream are good friends in my
kitchen), but perusing the recipe sites I've found for you might
change my mind a little!

To add to the selection that Pinkfreud found for you at drsears.com,
I've found:

Reader Recipes at ZonePerfect (108 total)
http://www.zoneperfect.com/site/content/readerrecipes.asp

ZonePerfect Online Cookbook (Search by ingredients and "block size")
http://www.zoneperfect.com/Site/content/cookbook_search.asp

ZoneHome Recipes - 5 archives from '96 - present, plus conversion
charts

ZoneBalance - Zone Friendly Recipes (a small handful)

I also found ZoneRunner recipe software, a free application offered by
Zonaware.com. ZoneRunner will let you:

"Select ingredients from 6,000+ ingredients database

Make ingredients from recipes and use in other recipes!
Recipe-ingredients retain their % favorable carbs and fats when used
in other recipes, adding to that recipe's totals
Enter your favorite recipes and make Zone compliant

Complete online Help facility

Thanks for the URL.

Since this question hasn't been snapped up yet, perhaps I should add a
minor clarification to my question.
