Dear moneyman1234-ga,

There are 100 pence in a Pound (£) UK Sterling. So the shares are
worth £2.91 pence.

£2.91 x 641060 = £1,865,484.60

I am unsure which dollar currency you refer to. I detail the US,
Canadian and Australian below. If it is another, let me know.

$US 3,437,059.2527 US Dollars

$CAD 3,824,560.0145 Canadian Dollars

$AUD 4,646,942.0357 Australian Dollars

You mean "each share is worth £2.91" or "each share is worth 291p".
