If possible, I'd like pivate and public companies and in the following format.

Company Name / Domicile / (Public/Private) / Ticker / Exchange /
Trading Information (i.e. Avg. Dollar Weighted Volume ect) / Sales #s,
assets + liabilities for parent company / Names of US Subsidiaries /
Sales of the US subsidiaries.

ud-ga,

I am not aware of any financial databases that have the type of
information you are seeking.

While it's theoretically possible to manually compile the information,
it would take a large team of researchers many months to do so.

Perhaps if you told us a bit about your interest in this sort of
information, we could come up with an alternative approach to
providing something useful for your needs.

Let us know your thoughts,

Thanks for getting back to me. We specialize in providing Asian
companies with creative financing alternatives in the form of
structuring/ buying discounted Asian listed securities and buying
receivables or a combination of the two. We prefer that company has
Asian listed securities and has a US subsidiary so the receivable
deals are governed by US law. We are looking for potential clients.
Thanks. Any ideas ?

It's not everything you asked for, but it certainly gets you a large
step in the right direction, at least for Japanese companies.

Would similar pages of companies from other Asian countries that have
operations or offices in the US be useful as an answer to your
question?

Let me know what you think.

Thanks Pafalafa-ga, and myoarin-ga, but this isn't quite what I
needed. It is unclear whether these companies are owned by Japanese,
are US subsidiaries of Japanese companies, or associated with
individual Japanese employees. I was looking specifically for most of
the aforesaid information in that format in excel. I need to know
specifically if an Asian company, most importantly S. Korean, is
listed publicly on an exchange and has a US subsidiary that is not
just a US office, but conducts business as a US domiciled company. My
ideal situation would be to have a list of all Asian companies(or at
least S. Korean) that are publicly traded on an Asian exchange and
have a US subsidiary that has sales. Hyundai ImageQuest for example
has a US subsidiary that sells LCD to a number of US retailers as a US
corporation, not Korean.

Would Asian Chambers of Commerce in the States be a possible source?
There are many with websites, though I am not sure if companies rather
than just individuals are members.
