Question ID: 738118
I downloaded MSIE beta version 7 today (using Firefox). I followed
the prompts and went through a "successful" install (no errors).
However, when I try to invoke MSIE, I get the following error.

The procedure entry point: InternetGetSecurityInfoByURLW could not be
located in the dynamic link library WININET.dll.

MSIE 7.0 is not in my list of programs to uninstall (through control
panel). I have uninstalled it rheough the add/remove windows
component and tried reinstalling, however, windows keeps telling me it
is already installed.

And, whatever this error is, it also killed System Restore.

Help.
