to Cuba, but you should be aware that there are constant battles
between the two nations over embargoes that frequently cause the Cuban
state-run telephone company ETECSA to block incoming calls from the
US. This tizzy seems to come and go from time to time so if you can?t
get through it may be one of those periods when Cuba has pulled the
proverbial plug.
