I have the worst credit, when I was younger I let it get real bad and
was not responsible.  I want to clean it up now.  I'm downing in
payday loans and trying to stay currant with regular bills.  I could
afford a reasonable monthly payment if I could get approved for a loan
but I can't seem to get approval anywhere.  I'm in collections with
old medical bills, a credit card, utility bills, phone bills, ect ect.
 I need about 10 grand.  What can I do?
