I was raised Catholic (but I'm okay now). It is called hallucination.

Researchers FYI: The customer is NOT looking for information about
stigmata, ecstasy, passion or "infused contemplation".

Why don't you just ask a Catholic? It's free and you won't waste
another researcher's time with a guessing-game. Tutuzdad-ga did the
research and gave you several very commonly used names for this
"experience" when you asked last time. Not bad for the $1.50 he ends
up with.

You don't see the term used much these days, but in earlier times,
visions of witnessing the crucifixion were called "showings" or (the
old spelling) "shewings." The writings of Julian of Norwich are a
notable example of such visions.
