ello,

I am looking to do the following using java. (I know that it will
involve JNI but not sure how to do that.)

1. Given a user id and pw, validate that the id can logon to a Windows machine.
2. Determine the user groups the id above belongs to. Specifically, if
the user is an 'Administrator'
3. Create a new user with an id/pw as input and set this new user's
group to 'Administrator'

I need the C/C++ code along with java code. Please do not respond if
you can't provide this. Links to websites having samples/ Windows SDK,
etc are not acceptable. No third party API or tools are
acceptable. Only Microsoft Windows and Java 1.4 should be used.
