Bell, founder of Banana Boat, acquired Sea & Ski from Danskin in March
1996, the brand adults remember from the 1950s went through some
changes.
Now, boasting nearly 50 SKUs, Sea & Ski has hit retailer shelves with
a new formula and advertising strategy to add to its department-store
quality packaging and middle-of-the-road price points.

business was sold to Symex Holdings Ltd and the division?s US

2003. Revenues for the discontinued businesses were flat half over
half because increased seasonal revenues from sales Sea & Ski?
sunscreens to the US were offset by lower contributions from the
personal wash and Shepparton contract. EBIT loss improved in 2H03 over
the first half resulting from a positive US sunscreens contribution,
