I purchased pre-IPO stocks in a company called 'Hyrdovision'(www.futurenergy.org) in December '05 through a broker called "Comstock International" (www.comstockinternational.com). I have an awful feeling, for several reasons, that a number of us have been tricked into buying shares in something that does not exist. I would like some sort of validation of my fears by a reasearcher before I proceed to taking some form of action. This is what I know so far: Both domain names are registered through a private registration organisation so I cannot actually see who owns them. When I 'google' search both organistions - they do not seem to list at all. Comstock has no phone number listed anywhere and when I look back on emails I have received there are no contact numbers at all. The Hydrovision site is very general and does not actually provide any specific information/ history/ background. I have contacted the Investor Relations and received an affirmative response from him on Comstock International, however, this is worth nothing if both companies are a front! Any research into this matter would be greatly appreciated. |
