The City of Seattle requires all businesses located within the city
limits, or who conduct business within the city limits, to be licensed
with the city, according to chapter 5.55 of the Seattle Municipal

Furthermore, you will need to file a Master Application with the
Washington Department of Licensing, so you will get a Washington state
business license, registration with state agencies, and a Unified
Business Identifier (UBI) number that allows you to do business in the
state of Washington. This can be done online. Please follow the
