I need a sendmail configuration file, so that mail sent with "sendmail
-t" will be delivered to an ESMTP server with authentication.

Please include:
* the m4 config (with it clearly marked where to include the ESMTP
server, username, password)
* the command line for generating the final config file (sendmail.cf)
* the final generated sendmail.cf file
