Dear sil-ga I think you'll find there is a spelling mistake in the name. It is Barramundi Falls and they are situated in the Kakadu National Park, Northern Territory. There are numerous references to it from travel companies. This is an example: http://www.northernaustralia.com/kakadu.html On this site there is a photograph: http://www.milamba.com/australia/States/nt/nt24.htm I believe the confusion has arisen because the question has been mis-printed in a quiz in the "The Sunday Telegraph Travel Quiz,Australia,October 8,2002,Page 7 Travel,Question 10,Win A Trip To China!" It is discussed on a trivia site at: http://www.funtrivia.com/cgi-bin/qncorner.cgi?type=answers&qnid=23052 I have spent some time checking your spelling and there is nothing at all on google so this information appears to be correct. answerfinder-ga Please ask for clarification of any of this reserach or if the links do not work. Search strategy "burrumindle falls" ://www.google.com/search?q=%22BURRUMINDLE+FALLS%22&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8 Which revealed the potential spelling mistake. I also tried variations on the spelling. Then "kakadu national park" +"barramundi falls" ://www.google.com/search?q=%22Kakadu+National+Park%22+Barramundi+falls&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&start=20&sa=N |
