I'm having a problem. I have 2 old Intel 120 MHz Pentium's that I
bought from a friend and took them to one of the labs at the unversity
that I attend to and installed FreeBSD on them. I assigned the IP
address 131.183.217.2/29 and 131.183.217.3/24 . The gateway is
located at 131.183.217.254. After my configuration with the computers,
I went to my dorm room and attempted to remote access the server using
telnet. I was able to successfully telnet to the 131.183.217.3, but I
was unable to telnet to the 131.183.217.2. However, I saw that I was
able to ping 131.183.217.2 from 131.183.217.3, but not from my dorm
room.

1. Why can't I telnet to the 131.183.217.2 server
2. Why can I ping 131.183.217.2 from 131.183.217.3, but unable to ping
it from my dorm?
3. How would I be able to gain access to 131.183.217.2 from my dorm room?
