Order No 1119922895 13/03/06 for TV + DVD. Not received yet despite
many phone calls and never a reply received, just messages passed on. 
What can I do next.  This was on onetv on television channel 672. Tel
No 0800 955 5500 or 0870 787 5566.I am now desperate.  Monies taken
from bank account in payment 14/03/06

This is what you can do to try and get your money back. Call your
Credit Card Company and state that the item you have purchased on
"Shopping tv channel 672" has never been received but got charged on
your credit card.
