I have a Conditional Permanent Residency based on marriage which will expire on
September 23, 2006. i need to apply for a petition to remove it in one
week, but we are in a divorce process right now. what do i do? and
what is the best way to do it?

what does this mean: You may not file for the waiver until after your
marriage has been terminated.
i do not know when I will get the divorce.
