Question ID: 739521
We wish to replace a central air conditioner and furnace for our Oakville home.

The 3 bedroom home is brick and about 30 years old. The windows are in
good shape. I would say that the it is better than average for
insulation, drafts - overall efficiency. There are cold air returns
on all floors and every room on the top floor.

Including the basement (which is walkout) it has 3 storeys is about
1700 square feet.

We want to get a mid-efficiency air unit and furnace. We DON'T want to over pay.

Here is my question:
Where can we get a reliable, trustworthy installation of the air unit
and furnace? What is the best price we can get?

If you have an HVAC business - please disclose this before answering.

Thanks!

I should add that we will want a humidifier with the furnace and a new
thermostat as well.

Please price this as well.
