why I not do walking exercise? 73age. sleep apnea. brain tired. doctor insist to go for a walk but sleepless lying in bed waiting for sleep. Snoaring and awaking. Need mental energy to start first step. Thanks | |

The doctor's right ... You have to force yourself to get up and about. It's entirely a mental thing. You can do it! We are all rooting for you .... Good Luck! Bryan |

read into meditation (if you can muster the energy... just kidding) it will do wonders for your focus and control. |
