I want to know how much house prices have risen in the last couple of
years In Morris Town, NJ.I want it done this way: if a house now is
worth $800,000, what would it have been worth in June/July 04? There
must be a table that has shown what they have risen by and, working
from that, estimate the price it would have been. Thanks

Hi there, no I'm afraid that's not what I want. I don't want average
prices overall but - extrapolating from the average of house price
increases in Morris Town - what would a house that costs $800,000 now
have cost two years ago? Hope that clarifies, all the best, Linda
