Hello Folk,

I am in urgent need (I have two days for this) for an answer to this
question. I have read long time ago that the proportion of user who
visit job boards is
significantly greater than that of those who registered with those job
boards.

Can some body give me some references on studies confirming or infirming this?

Thanks.
Klaus.

1,000 job seekers and recruiters, 89 percent registered on Monster.com
(See Table 2). CareerBuilder and Yahoo! HotJobs posted a registration
rate of 47 percent and 43 percent, respectively.

More than a third of respondents (37%) visited employment sites more
that 3 times per week, while over half (57%) visited these sites more
than twice a week.

Almost half of respondents (45%) visited five or more employment
