I'd like the names and professonal qualifications of three or more CK
(Conductive Keratoplasty) providers in the Orangevale, California area
(20 miles east of Sacramento), preferrably within 10 miles of zip
95662.

Conductive Keratoplasty is a treatment for presbyopia, similar to but
not the same as Lasik (CK uses radio-frequency energy instead of a
laser). References to Lasik providers is not sufficient, unless they
specifically provide CK, too.

perform Conductive Keratoplasty - Dr. William Ellis and Dr. Paris Royo
in Roseville. I have included several others who are beyond this area,
