I am looking for the values of residential properties in China,
specifically in Shanghai.  While I have been able to find some market
averages, I am looking for specific databases that allow me to search
for transaction values by price and by location.  Much like 2nd Avenue
and Park Avenue in New York City seem close on a map, property values
fluctuate greatly between even a few blocks.  My goal is to be able to
map out what residential prices are across different parts of
Shanghai, with data available in English.
