Can I get technical info on the PC-MOS386 operating system. I need to get the data out of an old Cam Data Point of Sale Computer. My customer does want to re-entry the data. The hardware is standard PC. PC-MOS must have had a proprietary drive format because the drives are unreadable in Windows/DOS even using DOS debug absolute sector read. Since PC-MOS was a multi-tasking DOS clone it likely support DOS format and fat16 as well. The Software Link Inc was the name of the company that made it. A working copy of the software would too since Cam Data appears to have used a runtime version. |
