I need detailed technical information on the production process of
silicon cables. (Silicon cable= the conductor is made of copper and
the isolation is made of silicon.)

I presume you mean silicone. Silicon has poor ductility and is not a
particularly good insulator. (It is, after all, a semiconductor).
