aht-ga,

You did a great job in answering the question with ID: 295219. I am
selling Int'l edition book and recently got mail from publishers
accusing me of refringing their copyright(below attached a case
quoted). I have 2 questions:

1. Is there update on the laws you quoted?
2. I am a student in VA. From where I can get legal advice at affordable price?

>NEW YORK, January 5, 2005 - Pearson Education, Inc., and John Wiley & Sons,

>"college-bookstore" and "textbooksforcollege"), an Indiana-based business

>of a variety of educational books published by the two companies.
