Quick 2-part question:

1.  I've been searching for product design books focusing on small
products or miniature items.  Basically well designed items that are
small in comparison to most other products on the market.  I've found
many product design books (via Taschen, teNeues, Assouline) but none
focusing on small or miniature items.

2.  Along the same lines, I've been searching for websites or
webstores that focus on the same theme, small well designed products. 
No luck, as of yet.

Help with 1 or both of these searches would be greatly appreciated!
