My dad got a small business in china that he imports the plastic
bottle, or any plastic material. he chops it up, and melt it and
recycling it to used plastic material. he asked me a question
can we buy or import the plastic bottle from US ?

any regualtion or refund ?(i heard that some state will pay money for
