Why did a ACHIH Inc. (Atrium Companies), a private company, file a
10-Q for Q1 of 2004 and a 10-K for 2003?  (www.atrium.com)

They have public bonds - Senior Subordinated Notes.  See their
financial statements (on the 10K).
