my problem : phone #612-726 2046 does not yield a live contact.
the fax #612-726-0776 says "we respond to all faxes via us mail.you
will receive written correspondence from us in approximately 30
days."I had all this information prior to calling google. please do
not charge me for this. it is all readily available on the web
@www.nwa.com. I need a direct live contact. if you cannot provide this
,please cancel my request.

Hello--

I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with my initial response. That's the
number listed for Lynn Pahl.

Here's another idea for you. I've called this number, (612)726-2111.
It's the main number for Northwest Airlines in Minneapolis. If you
press "7," you'll get an operator who says you may call her and ask to
speak with Lynn Pahl.

I know you're looking to get ahold of a real person. This could be the
route you'll have to take.
